Saw a great concert last night @ Merriwether Post Pavilion (same place I saw Sheryl Crow and Ray Lamontagne in May.) The bands Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Dropkick Murphys put on a high spirited concert. I saw the Bosstones in concert years go. Dropkick Murphys I wasn't familiar with, but after last night's show I am a fan. Think Irish Punk Band. The mosh pit was alive and kicking (however I went nowhere near that), and the energy from both bands were amazing. The first band of the evening Cowboy Mouths were good too. they featured the lead singer also playing the drums.
