This was a cool picture I took in early April. Why I didn't posted it after I took in, not sure. But it's a timeless picture. It was taken at dusk, the fountain is part of the WWII Memorial with the Washington Monument in the back drop. The WWII memorial will celebrate it's 4th year since is dedication next week. Great picture - like so many others you have posted. You really capture beautiful moments in time surrounded by historic places. I think you should submit some of your pictures for print / professionally.
