Spotlight: Supreme Court Building

This weekend I was walking by the Supreme Court (on the way to dinner up in Eastern Market) and I had sometime to look for a different way to shoot the Supreme Court and the Capitol dome (across the street from the high court). These mini-statues are on the base of the flag out on the two sides in front the Supreme Court.
