Church for Sale in Southwest D.C.

Saturday when I attended the (e) merge Art Fair at the Capitol Skyline Hotel, I parked on a street nearby where there was this abandoned church for sale.  Not sure what the asking price is, but it's not everyday you see a church for sale?
