Greetings from New Orleans # 1

Coffin Art.. This one remembers the victim of Katrina almost now six years ago.

This is a called "Scrap House"  and was built to remember the victims of Katrina.   It's located across the street from the city's Convention Center.  Artist Sally Heller designed this sculpture all with found and recycled material.

This was a free concert in the Square.   They had lots of great food and drink.  And one of the Nevelle's peformed.

It's been hot and humid here in New Orleans.   I photographed two cemeteries and plan to visit at least two more on Thursday.   I will let everyone know when they are up on http://www.graveimages.blogspot.com/
