New Blog Launched.....

With the new year approaching, I have finally started a project I've been wanting to do for a while and you can come along with me as I visit 51 Cemeteries over the next few years. The project and blog is called 51cemeteries project (http://www.51cemeteriesproject.blogspot.com/) and I'm really looking for towards the end of the project when I have to visit those far away states (like Hawaii and Alaska).

Blizzard 2009

Spent most of Saturday indoors working during the Blizzard 2009. But I was able to make a trip to Iwo Jima, also a couple of snow pictures from my metro train ride to work (before they stopped running the above ground trains).

First Snow of the Season

It's snowy Saturday in Washington DC area.. the roads are fine, but the grassy area's are covered with the white stuff. Hopefully an early snow doesn't mean a lot of snow this winter, but at least they makes for some good pictures?

Downtown Holiday Market: Opening Night

Another weekend, and I am back to the Penn Quarter/Verizon Center area. Tonight it was for the opening of the Holiday Market which runs thru Christmas. Lots of booths filled with clothes, jewelery, photographs, and other little gifts.
